Privacy policy
Kiwiyana Imports Pvt Ltd operates onlygood.in. This explains what we collect, why, and what you can make us do about it. It is written to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you order: name, delivery address, email, phone number, and what you bought.
When you pay: nothing. Card and UPI details go directly to our payment gateway and never reach our servers. We cannot see your card number, and by RBI rule we are not permitted to store one. If you save a card, what is stored is a token issued by your bank, specific to us and useless anywhere else.
When you browse: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. Analytics cookies only run if you accept them.
When you write to us: whatever you tell us, kept with your order so the next person who helps you does not make you repeat yourself.
Why
- To take, pack, ship and track your order. Without this there is no order.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To meet legal obligations: tax records, GST invoices, and the consumer-protection rules that require us to keep transaction records.
- To improve the site, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- To send you email about Only Good, only if you asked for it, and with an unsubscribe link on every one.
Consent
For orders and legal records we process your data because we have to in order to serve you. For analytics and marketing we process it only with your consent, asked for plainly, and withdrawable at any time without affecting anything you have already bought.
Who else sees it
Only those who need to, and only the part they need:
- Our logistics partner and courier: name, address, phone. They cannot do the delivery without it.
- Our payment gateway: the transaction. They are RBI-authorised payment aggregators.
- Shopify: our store platform, which hosts the order data.
- Our email and analytics tools, where you have consented.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not trade it for anything.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for eight years, because tax law says so. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Analytics data for 26 months. Support conversations for three years.
What you can make us do
- See it. Ask for a copy of what we hold.
- Fix it. Correct anything wrong or out of date.
- Delete it. We will, except for records we are legally required to keep.
- Withdraw consent. For analytics or marketing, at any time.
- Nominate someone. Under the DPDP Act you may nominate a person to exercise these rights if you cannot.

Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and your session working, and cannot be turned off without breaking the store. Everything else is optional and asked for on your first visit. Change your mind whenever you like through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Security
Traffic is encrypted end to end. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board, promptly and in plain language.
Children
The store is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a revised date. Material changes will be emailed to anyone who has ordered from us.
