Defence Care+ is the name of the cleansing system in Sage & Lime Zest. Enhanced cleansing that stays gentle, where most washes trade one for the other. What follows is what is in it.

Magnolia Bark
The cleansing part. Chosen for effective daily washing without the stripped, tight feeling a harsh wash leaves behind.

Aloe and Sage
The calming part. They settle the skin and hold moisture in, which is what makes repeated washing survivable.

Pomegranate
Protects cells from oxidative stress and soothes the skin.

Lime Pearl
Revitalises and brightens, and it is where the top note of the scent comes from.
What it is for
The counter usedall day.
The kitchen tap, the tap by the door, the one more than one person uses in a hurry. Hands washed eight times a day take the damage. A wash built for that has to clean properly, then leave the skin comfortable enough to do it again an hour later.
If your skin reacts to most things rather than to frequent washing, the milder one is Coconut Milk.
Sensitive skinWhat Defence Care+ is not
It is a cleansing system and a registered descriptor. It is not a germ-kill claim, and this page makes none. Anyone telling you a hand wash kills a stated percentage of anything is making a regulated claim.
