Every order ships from Mumbai and is handed to a national carrier. Your tracking link is in your shipping email and in your account. This page holds the delivery estimate, the link, and what to do if a parcel stops moving.
How it travels

Packed in Mumbai
Orders before 2pm on working days ship the same day. All other orders ship on the next working day.

Handed to the carrier
A national surface carrier scans it in. That first scan is the tracking link in your shipping email.

In transit
Scans update at each hub. A quiet day between hubs is normal on Indian surface networks.

At your door
Prepaid orders carry no delivery fee. Cash on delivery is paid to the carrier at the door.

Indian surface networks go quiet for a day or two in transit, and a scan that has not updated is usually a scan, not a parcel, that is missing. If there has been no movement for three working days, write to us with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than ask you to.
