What arrives

The carton
The four hand washes come in a gable-top carry carton made by Apex, with a handle and a window for each bottle, so the bottles are seen before the box is opened.
The pair
Two bottles in the shipping box. There is no carton for a pair yet.
The note
Write it at the bag. It is printed and packed with the order, in your words, without a logo over them.
The address
Theirs for delivery, yours for billing.
Dispatch
From Mumbai, by courier. For a date that matters, order at least ten days ahead.
Ten and up
Hampers, client gifts and onboarding kits are quoted in writing. The corporate page.

Why it works as a gift

    Printed, not labelled.

    The artwork is screen-printed onto the bottle. No sticker to peel, nothing to go soft in the bathroom, and nothing that says it should be hidden in a cupboard.

    A figure they can check.

    Every bottle has its own audited natural content, certified by Biorius in Belgium. The person you give it to can look up the exact figure on its page.

    Designed to be kept.

    The pump bottle stays. A 600ml refill is registered in India and listed as coming, so the bottle has a second fill when the first runs out.

Questions

Will it arrive before Diwali?
We dispatch from Mumbai by courier. Order at least ten days before the date you need it, and earlier for pin codes outside the metros. A gift that arrives after the festival is a failure whatever is in the box, so we would rather you order early than we promise a date we cannot hold.
Can I send several to different addresses?
One address per order. For a list of addresses, or ten cartons and up, use the corporate page and we quote in writing.
What if they would rather have a different scent?
An unopened bottle can come back within 7 days of delivery for a refund to whoever paid. Email support@kiwiyana.com with the order number; a Rs 99 pickup fee applies. They can then order the scent they want.
