Only Good® is made and filled at 1 to 3 Argus Place, Hillcrest, on Auckland's North Shore, by Apex Brands. That is the whole of the manufacturing story. The formula is developed there, mixed there, and put into the bottle there. Nothing is made somewhere else and finished in New Zealand for the label.

A valley in Marlborough

The active at the heart of every formula is Vinanza® Kiwi. It is made from the skins of kiwifruit grown in New Zealand and extracted by NZ Extracts in Blenheim, Marlborough, using water and nothing else. Fifty parts of skin become one part of extract. On your skin it supports moisture and the skin's barrier. That is what it does, and that is all we say it does.

A mark the Government issues

The silver fern on the bottle is the FernMark, licence 100709. It is the New Zealand Government's official mark of origin, and it is issued for three things separately: made in, grown in, and designed in. Only Good holds it for all three. The register is public and anyone can look the number up.

Why a country and not a claim

A claim is an argument. You have to decide whether to believe it. A country is a picture. New Zealand is two islands, five million people, and weather that comes straight off the Southern Ocean. It is cold, green, and a long way from anywhere. We are not asking you to trust the word. We are telling you the address.

The bottle on your basin came from that address. It will say so, in small type on the back, for as long as you keep it.
