Why the bottle has no label

Pick up the bottle and run a thumb over the words. They do not sit on top of it. They are in it.

Printed, not stuck on

There is no label on an Only Good® bottle. The artwork is screen-printed straight onto the plastic, which is why it will not go soft at the sink, will not lift at the corners, and will not need peeling off before the bottle can be recycled. It also means the bottle looks the same in its twelfth month on the basin as it did in its first.

What it is made of

The vessel is high-density polyethylene from two sources: resin derived from sugarcane, and plastic that has already been used once and recycled. It was judged at the WorldStar Packaging Awards in 2025, a first-time entrant among 560 entries from 40 countries, and won. It took PIDA Gold in 2024 in Health, Beauty and Wellness.

The pump

The pump head is wide enough to take a knuckle, which matters when your hands are wet or full. One press gives one measure of wash. The spring inside the pump is metal, which is the one thing to know when the bottle is finally done: pull the pump and its tube out first, rinse the bottle, and it goes in with the HDPE that kerbside and kabadiwala collection already take.

Made to be kept

A bottle this well made is meant to stay on the counter and be refilled rather than replaced. We should be plain about where that stands: the bottle is ready for it, and the refill is not on sale in India yet. When it lands, the pump bottle you already have is the one it goes into.

Until then it is a good object to have by a sink. Heavy in the hand, quiet in the room, and honest about what it is.
